Dear Mr Woodall

You seem to have leapt to the conclusion that we have not taken into account the situation of ex-pats.  Not only that but you call into question my personal tax paying history.  This hardly makes me warm to spending time writing you a response.  However, as you will see when you give more than a brief read to the full report we are working on, we have fully considered the issue of freedom of movement. 

 

Our aim is to make pensions policy better for all pensioners.  That hardly justifies such personally-directed rudeness.
